Wally from Hector and Sons completed yard work for me for the past couple of years for basic lawn care needs. The price for lawn care maintenance was reasonable, which is why I stuck with him for a while. However, the prices for other work such as spring / fall cleanup, snow removal and bush trimming were high. Furthermore, he was extremely unreliable. He would tell me he would be out one day and then not show, or communicate the fact he wasn't coming. This happened many, many times. Finally got tired of his unprofessionalism and moved on to someone else. When I told him I didn't need his services anymore, he insulted me.
