Introduction: I am a custom photographer of families, babies and kids of all ages and stages. I do custom photography sessions either at a beautiful outdoor location or lifestyle sessions in the comfort of your home. I strive to capture families in both posed "looking at the camera smiling" and in natural, candid portraits. I used to be an elementary teacher, and I have three kids of my own, so chaos control and interacting with kids are my strong points. I use professional Nikon equipment and Adobe products in post processing. An hour-long session typically will produce 30 edited high-quality images that can be viewed in an online gallery. Both professional prints and digital files with printing rights can be purchased.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for photography. I went to college to become a teacher and I taught 2nd grade for four years before becoming a mom. As a mom I took pictures constantly. I put hours upon hours into learning the craft and began doing pictures for friends. I began getting asked to do pictures for people I did not know and I formed my own business. I have now worked with over 150 families with kids. I love to share my passion for photography while still working with kids.
