Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure you verify their credentials, ask for client referrals, and more important than anything else is that you feel comfortable with the trainer you choose. A trainer is a support system, not a salesman, and it should feel that way. Make sure whoever you choose takes the time to listen to you, finds out what you need and want, and constantly puts you first.
