Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Computer desktop/laptop repair and virus removals are my specialty but I also do a lot of small business networking. For example file and application servers, network printing, computer repair, desktop/workstation configurations, and software setup.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Ask for plenty of references. The more satisfied customers, the more reliable. Also ask for credentials. I'm always surprised when a customer doesn't ask for certifications or professional references.

A. Computer repair can be simple once you learn the basics. We provide you with simple steps to maintain your computer in Tech Tock shape.

A. I answer my phone 24/7. I provide you with my personal cell phone number but most importantly we stand by our work 100%. If you have questions after the fact we don't charge for follow up support!

A. Meeting new people! There are lots of opportunities out there if you just take the time to look. New customers means new opportunities!
