A. Look for an inspector that is not associated with a repair company. That way the inspector will not be biased towards any specific repairs.

A. Do you actually inspect the home or do you look at it and recommend further evaluations from professionals in each specific field?

A. What is my purpose for this inspection? What do I hope to gain from this inspection? I have some knowledge to make this purchase without a home inspection, but for peace of mind shouldn't I hire a professional?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I inspect a home as if I were making this purchase. I also inspect to give the most information that I can on a property. My philosophy is " When the real estate professional leaves and I leave the purchaser still will need all the possible information I can gather for them to make an informed decision.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like the fact that I am providing a service that is relevant to today's home buyer. Many home buyers today are too busy to give proper attention to most probably the single biggest investment they will ever make. This is why I like my job.
