- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have three levels of service plans that we offer to clients. The most basic includes simple bookkeeping, bank account management, AP, AR, and monthly financial reporting. However as clients move up the service chain, they get more bang for their buck - essentially an entirely outsourced back office for their business.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do A LOT for our clients! Anything from monthly accounting/financial reporting, bookkeeping, sending out bills to customers, paying bills, managing cash flow, managing vendors that clients owe money to, completing payroll, filing taxes, managing employee files, advising on HR, tax, business and some legal issues, bank reconciliations, bank account management, credit card management, personal bill pay, personal taxes, some marketing advisory, web site development, business plan reviews, etc..... you get the point!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be open to what we are offering - we know that handing over these aspects of your business is difficult, but try it out, you can always cancel if you do not find our services valuable!
