Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Talk to your DJ on the phone and verify that they will be there. Make sure you have a contract with the DJ. Many DJs who are new to the business only use invoices as make-shift contracts. The contract should hold you liable (for payment) and the DJ liable to do their part (show up and perform). Talk with the DJ about any details ahead of time to make sure they are on the same page as you with all details including special requests so they can plan accordingly.
