- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard for delivery, servers and cleanup upon request. General 5 buffet style is a standard price and is negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love my customers to have an idea of what they would like. I will coordinate and help with ideas for their venue and recommend theme and decor upon request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B. S. in Management/Information Systems. I currently am the Membership and Marketing Manager for Sams Club. I have been cooking with my mom in the kitchen since I was 7yrs old. I always wanted my own business and started catering parties for friend 3yrs ago.
