- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We calculate the man power needed plus materials. Certain work takes more time and skill than others. At our free estimates we are able to talk about pricing and making a plan to meet your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At our free estimate we go over your project. Answer any questions you have and make suggestions on how to get the most our of your paint job. We crunch the numbers and email (unless you prefer paper) you our estimate to review. We continue to work with you until you have made your hiring decision. If you chose us, we then send you our painting agreement with a full description of what work we will provide along with our agreed upon start and finish date. From there we do what we promise and are available every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! We attend trade workshops, ask lot's of questions at paint and hardware stores and experiment with new materials and techniques. We do a lot of work for builders which makes us keep up with current trends.
