I have a unique business. I'm a Virtual Assistant and work from home via the internet providing administrative assistant support which allows small businesses, solo attorneys, and entrepreneurs to have support without hiring a full- or part-time assistant. Hiring a VA also saves the business owner money. They don't have to worry about employee benefits, buying equipment or worry about space for an assistant. A Virtual Assistant's home office is fully equipped. I enjoy being a business owner and having a flexible work scheduled.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A call is scheduled to discuss the needs of the potential customer. After the scope of work has been determined and confirmed, I will send the customer a contract to sign. After the contract has been signed, the work will commence based on the terms of the contract.
