The love for gourmet of this Chicago-based kitchen wizard dates back to his childhood, but it wasn't until five years ago when cooking made a lot of sense. His small background in catering and serving tables also makes him well-rounded with his clients, accommodating all their needs on the platform of satisfaction, "all with a smile and willingness." Josh works with his crew to aid him in the nitty-gritty of the business.

Josh thinks about his client's dietary needs without compromising taste and flavor. Just recently, he whipped up a vegan cuisine for one of his clients, one of which was Vegan Paella, which became an instant hit on the picky taste buds of his vegan customer.
