DELUXE LIGHT STAGING $1000 We use the homeowner’s furniture and accessories to highlight the room’s purpose, showing key features, and make your home warm and inviting. • Our deluxe package Includes light home staging of the four (4) spaces in our basic package, plus two 2 additional interior rooms/spaces, the entryway, and the patio/deck. • We can stage empty properties with neutral pieces of décor for an extra fee to help define and freshen up the property. Homes up to 4.000 square teet start at $1000. Basements and garages are extra, and quoted senarately. We recommend that the homeowner declutters prior to our services, payment is due at the time of service. PREMIUM LIGHT STAGING $2,000 • We use the homeowner’s furniture and accessories to highlight the room’s purpose, showcase key features, and make the home warm and inviting. • Our premium package includes light home staging decluttering and light packing or up to ten (10) interior rooms/spaces. Plus, light staging of the entryway and the patio/deck. • We can stage empty properties with neutral pieces of décor for an extra fee to helo define and freshen up the property. The price is available at the time of the free in-home estimate. Homes up to 4,000 square feet start at $2,000. Basements and garages are extra, and quoted separately.
