I have known Clinton Wilm for the past two years. When we met, he was my Personal Trainer, yet since then he has taken on many different roles – Nutritionist, Coach, Mentor, and Friend. He has helped me develop meal plans, workouts sessions with him as well as to complete on my own, and can fully explain what I call the “why factor”. Why am I doing this exercise? What will it do for me? He explains it so that I can fully understand and believe in what I’m doing and how it helps to accomplish my weight loss goals. Clinton is an expert in Kinesiology. He uses this knowledge to assist his clients and is well respected for it. Clinton also has the keen ability to empathize with his clients and has helped me through difficult times in my training process. He has a dynamic ability to help people not just in the areas of exercise, but also the mental challenges that occur with it. Earlier this year I was presented with an opportunity to register for my first triathlon. I was unsure of what to do. I wanted to do it but didn’t have the confidence that I would be able to do it. When I shared this opportunity with family and friends, I received nothing but negativity – “Why?” or “You’ll hurt yourself.” When I shared it with Clinton, I remember him telling me, “It will be the single most empowering thing you do this year.” His insight and faith in my abilities was so impactful that I registered right away and haven’t looked back since. Now when I speak with my family and friends and they ask me “Why?” I reply confidently “Because, I Can!” Clinton has really helped to build up my self-esteem and confidence. He has also assisted me in losing over 75 pounds. I not only look like a new person, I feel like one because of his training, coaching, and guidance. I would highly recommend Clinton as your Personal Trainer!

My experience with Clinton has been great. Clinton helped me lose weight and get ready for a bodybuilding show. As he helped me with this adventure, he has also challenged me in my personal life to become better. Clinton is a teacher. What I mean by this is, he will explain to you why you are doing a type of training and explain how to do an exercise movement. He does not walk around like "the gym god". He is confident not arrogant, smart but not condescending. He is there to help you become better, whether you are just starting out or if you want to take your training to the next level. The great thing about having Clinton as a training is he talks to you, not at you, and he listens to what you have to say. I believe these two qualities are missed in most trainers. This is what sets Clinton apart from the others.

Clint Wilm has been my personal trainer for approximately 12 months. His engaging, supportive and informative style challenges you to take the next step in reaching your personal health goals. I would highly recommend Clint not only to individuals who are interestd in get started in an exercise regime but also to those who are experienced fitness gurus looking to push personal limits.
