Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Welligee Personal Training & Lifestyle is a facility dedicated to raising the standard in fitness. We exist to provide our clients with not only a fun experience, but also one that produces results in a safe and effective way. We want to redefine your gym experience by putting you in the best position to succeed. For personal training clients, we follow a very methodical process that sets them up for success. Our private one-on-one consultation allows us to get to know each new client, as well as learn about what they'd like to achieve. Here we can review health history and go through an assessment designed to pick up areas that may eventually cause injuries. This is basically a baseline from which to improve. The assessment and goal(s) dictate the exercise programs we write for each client, so you're getting a very individualized program to suit your needs. Our Conditioning Camps follow a similar process. Because this is a large group class, we're able to provide you with a custom warm-up based on our assessment protocol to work on improving any areas we found to be injury-prone or limiting in any way. During each Camp, we offer progressions and regressions of each movement to ensure you're working at a level comfortable for you. Regardless of which service you choose, you'll know you're training in a safe and fun environment set up for you to succeed!

I signed up for the introductory offer of personal training with Ryne Gioviano which included a personal fitness assessment and 3 additional sessions. Ryne was very professional, and always had a cold bottle of water waiting for me when I came in. His hours were also very accommodating to my work schedule. I really enjoyed the training as he used equipment I had never tried before such as ropes and other interesting weights and moves, but also, even though I got a thorough workout I didn't feel exhausted when it was over. Just refreshed. I am not in a position right now to continue on with my training sessions other scheduling conflicts, but it was a great way to start a renewed commitment to a personal fitness regimen and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing some personal attention to get started the right way, without injuries.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Clients begin with a consultation where we are able to get to know each client and what their goal(s) are. Here we also review health history. Next, we'll go through an assessment which tells us how well they move in order to create a program specific to their needs and limitations. All of our programs are based on this assessment ensure each client is working towards his/her goal and doing it safely.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Weight loss is the most common type of goals clients see us for. The second most common goal is general health and fitness. Lastly, we get people interested in looking to add muscle mass. All of which we are very happy to help.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be very selective. Too many personal trainers get jobs training because they like to work out. Make sure the person you are hiring is a professional, both in education and how they hold themselves.
