Chris is very good at what he does. I never thought my fish tank could look this beautiful. I love only having to feed my fishies and not having to clean the tank. I have a crazy schedule and Chris has always been able to work around it. Chris brings out fish food and anything else I need for the tank saving me the hassle of making trips to the store. Thanks Chris you're the best!!

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The bulk of my business is routine aquarium maintenance, followed by outdoor pond cleaning throughout the spring, summer, and early fall.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Not only is this my trade but I'm a hobbyist as well. Every aquarium or pond I maintain is done so like it is my own. I am meticulous in my work, and am not satisfied until you are.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Designing and aqua-scaping aquariums. Very cool to watch an empty glass box turn into a living work of art.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. I've noticed a lot of freshwater aquarists are hesitant to take the leap to saltwater. Having a plan and starting off right is huge. It's not nearly as complex as most think.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Owning an aquarium is good for you! There is a reason you see aquariums in places like the dentist, the doctor, and in nursing homes. Studies have shown just viewing an aquarium helps reduce stress levels. AWESOME!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. It was easy for me. I've had at least one aquarium since I can remember. Setting up and maintaining aquariums is absolutely a passion of mine.
