We practice the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga style at Divine Power Yoga. This hot yoga practice is designed to build flexibility and strength from the inside out.
The practice connects breath to poses, making a flowing practice that will get more out of you than you ever imagined possible. Additionally, this practice will aid you in connecting with your intuition; you'll be taught what is appropriate for your body and how to live your life out of your divine power, out of that connection to your deeper self.
