Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Many first time clients worry about having to get undressed. Not a problem. They are always securely covered throughout their massage treatment. They only take off as much clothing as they feel comfortable removing.

Many clients also wonder what the massage will feel like. It depends on the techniques used. In a general Swedish massage, the session may start with broad, flowing strokes that will help to calm the nervous system and ease exterior muscle tension. As the client's body becomes relaxed, pressure will gradually be increased to relax and relieve specific areas of muscular tension. The client should communicate with Heidi immediately if they feel any discomfort so that another approach may be taken. Massage is most effective when the body is not resisting.
