I had the opportunity to work with Mark Meshulam on a very high profile job late last year.
Mark's service was fantastic. He very quickly got on a plane, traveled to the site, ended up unexpedtedly staying overnight, and provided me the much needed data and report in record time.
I was kept advised of the situation as it unfolded and given feedback that proved to be very favorable to our product and company. The report was detailed, professional, analytical and provided the unequivocable answers and proof that were needed. Time was of the essence, and many parties were anxious for the results.
I would highly recommend Mark's services. I was very impressed with both his knowledge of glass, his forensic skills to quantify the situation, and his very prompt and professional service.
I would absolutely hire him again if and when any situation arises in the future.

I employed Mark as a litigation consultant and as an expert witness in a case involving a storm window frame that came loose from a building and hit my client, injuring her. He performed an inspection with measurements and photographs and prepared a report outlining his findings and his opinions about what likely happened based on the physical evidence. He offered valuable testimony regarding the maintenance of the building and how the lack of proper maintenance contributed to the window frame falling.
He was very thorough, very prepared, and is very knowledgeable regarding building exteriors and windows. I would highly recommend him as a litigation consultant, but suspect that he is also very effective as a building contractor.

We were lucky to find Mark to help us work through many challenging conditions with a large window project for the University of Nebraska Lincoln. Mark’s knowledge and experience proved to be a valuable asset to our project and helped provide direction when the architect and manufacturer had conflicting specifications.

When we found ourselves in a situation where every window in our new home leaked and the manufacturer was refusing to stand by their warranty we searched for a window expert who could provide conclusive evidence that the windows were defective. Despite the expense of flying Mark to our home in Canada in order to test the windows, we feel like it was well worth procuring his expertise. Beyond revealing the defects, he continues to act on our behalf in an effort to compel the manufacturer to fix and replace all faulty components. With Mark's help we hope to satisfactorily resolve this issue and avoid costly litigation in the process. His level of customer service is well beyond any ordinary expectation and his commitment and attention to detail are exemplary.

I had problems with new windows that leaked water for over four years. When I contacted the window company they first blamed the caulking, then the aluminum sill wrap, and then the brick exterior. It was not until I hired Mark that we were able to determine the cause. Mark ran tests that determined the cause and then prepared a written report. His work was critical in getting the window company to properly solve the problem. In addition to determining the source of the problem Mark also assisted in making sure the problem was properly corrected. I can say that without Mark's assistance I would not have achieved the results that I achieved with the window company. He was a game changer in this situation.

Mark is professional, experienced and honest. I am grateful to him for helping me, and can say without a doubt that it was his report that got the Insurance Co. to reconsider my claim.
Whatever your specific needs may be, if you are considering Mark Meshulam for the job, you’re on the right track.

A. Q:
"Shouldn't the municipality building inspector have noticed this defect and saved me from this problem?"
A:
"Sadly, no. They inspect for structural safety, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety. THey don't look for conditions that might bring water leaks through the walls."
