Michaelle has been my virtual assistant for nearly a year. Her assignments include preparing agendas and documents for meetings, coordinating with hosts and speakers and scheduling meetings. She is dedicated, responsive, proactive and has good judgement. In short, she is an ideal virtual assistant. Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Administrative tasks are necessary but can be time consuming. We recommend that you outsource those tasks to us (it's what we do best) so you may effectively manage your time and attend to your business. We are experts in text message marketing, virtual assistance (business support and secretarial services), and social media support (we give you a better presence on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. The secret is to admit that you chose to do what you do because you do it well and hopefully enjoy it. You may not enjoy the administrative tasks that go with your job. The hardest thing can be to allocate your resources to what seems like easy work, but you'll be surprised at how many hours you can take back in your day and month if you let us do that work for you.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Ask about experience and attitude. Outstanding customer service and service recovery play vital roles, as well. Ask specific questions that pertain to your job or company. Ask if the service professional has ever done that type of work in the past, and what the end result was. Ask what the turnaround time is, and who will be the main contact person.
