- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we maintain low overhead costs, we're usually able to give our clients excellent pricing. If you receive a lower bid just send it to us and if it's the exact same services that we are going to provide, we'll try to beat it by 5-10% so that way you will always receive the lowest possible rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We evaluate the specific needs of a new client and then we go over a step by step plan of action.
