Introduction: I've been in business for 18yrs now and absolutely love this work. We are highly skilled and creative and specialize in projects that require sensitivity and emotional intelligence. This is a family business and I work with my husband, Corey, who does contracting and handyman work for our clients like building furniture and mounting shelving and minor repairs as needed. Oh. My. Goodness. I do not know where to begin in describing how Lettie and her husband helped me out. I hired them to organize my home and what I got was a huge relief and weight that was lifted off of my shoulders. I am a busy teacher and through the pandemic I have started and not finished many projects throughout my home. I did not realize this, but my house was mentally weighing me down with all of the organized chaos. In 3 days, Lettie and her husband were able to declutter and reorganize my life. This experience has been a game changer for me and I feel as if I am to manage my life now because of the work they did. They helped me repurpose a room (that I was using as a large closet) into a yoga room. My living/kitchen/pantry was completely re-organized top to bottom and every "thing" now has its' own spot. They completely re-organized my garage and I was able to gain another room back that I will eventually re-purpose into a lounge/den/movie room. I researched other home organizers or companies that provided similar services and I didn't really like what I was finding. Most websites or organizers came across as too "corporate", rigid, or cold. And I didn't like that. Once I saw Lettie's video on her website, I knew she was the one for me. In full disclosure, I was super nervous about somebody coming into my space and touching my stuff; I wanted to make sure that the person I choose matched me and my vibes. And I wanted somebody who I could trust. And Lettie was the absolute perfect person for me. Lettie was professional, trustworthy, warm, patient and wise. I enjoyed our conversations as we worked together and I immediately felt at ease with her. She even came back to bless my home and the energy in my space feels lighter and more settled. I just feel more at peace in my home now. And I am eternally grateful for this experience. If you are on the fence on who to hire, choose Lettie. Her work and presence are worth their weight in gold. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge$100/hr for single spaces, ie Pantry, master closet, etc. If there are multiple spaces I will quote you a flat project fee and number of hours and sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a virtual walkthrough. In person walkthroughs have a $50 trip charge. We assess the outcome you want to attain, your budget and any materials that need to be sourced and where to get them. I send an estimate with the scope of work and labor cost's. When you accept the proposal and pay a 40% deposit, we schedule the session. I work in 4hr sessions over 2-3 consecutive days, usually Thursday thru Saturday. I get COVID tested every Tuesday.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a very rational, logical thinker with strong pattern recognition and a vivid imagination. This helps me see the solution inside the chaos and make a step by step plan and execute to completion.
