- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every assignment has its’ own unique details so and estimates are created with all of these factors in mind including the time onsite, the post-production involved and how the images will be used. We also always take into consideration the budget our clients have to work within and can tailor each proposal to meet those requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to jump on a quick call to go over the details of each project, making sure we cover any questions you have and also explain our process. Then, getting on our calendar is a pretty easy process. We’ll confirm availability, finalize the scheduling, lock in the rate and sign the contract. An advance payment is due to secure the date and payments can be made electronically with all major credit cards or by check. Once the paperwork is complete, we’ll send a confirmation with all of the shoot details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team and I have been working as commercial photographers in the Chicagoland area for over 20 years. I worked in several product studios after college as an Assistant and a freelance photographer, shooting everything from product to portraits as well as events. As my career evolved, I chose to specialize in corporate work as well as events and have since crossed the country from coast to coast traveling for my clients.
