Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. We'd be more than happy to answer any questions for customers but some basic information to have would be design related, ie if it's a front and/or back design? how many colors does the design have on both sides? what is the approximate size of the order (final fluctuations may affect price)? colored or white shirts? on standard Fruit of the Loom/Gildan/Anvil shirts or premium American Apparel?
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. High Fidelity Apparel has one of the most talented up and coming artists that can create an apparel design that puts shame to clipart. We take attention to detail very seriously and make sure that all of our prints come out clear and exact.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What variables affect pricing? Price is determined by a combination of 3 different things:
1. The brand/style/color of the garment being printed on
2. The design and number of colors (ie is it a front & back design or just front, fewer colors = lower price)
3. The order size (An order of 100 shirts will be cheaper per shirt than an order of 50 shirts)
