My name is Vince Krydynski. I am the owner of Handyman Matters - Chicago SW. We specialize in small to medium-size jobs covering a wide range of repairs, installations, and maintenance found on everyone's to-do list. We have taken the traditional handyman business and created a professional, tech-savvy handyman service that offers one-stop shopping for homeowners and businesses while providing a pricing model in which customers only pay for the time spent on their project. Handyman Matters takes extra care to protect their customers by carrying full liability and workers compensation insurance. Every craftsman is bonded, must pass a skills assessment and background check.

Our reputation for superior service and dedication to our customers is just what residents in this community are looking for. I invite members of the community to give us a call. I would like the opportunity to introduce ourselves and look forward to working with you. You can rely on us for our legendary client service. We want to be the first person you think of if something needs to be repaired or installed.

I am vested and dedicated to my community. I am an ambassador for the Orland Park Area Chamber of Commerce, I serve on the Board of Directors for Marian Catholic High School, chairing the facilities committee, as well as the finance committee for St. Michael Parish. I am lector and Eucharistic minister at St. Michael. I am currently the president of the Business Connectors Chapter of BNI, and I am the past grand knight of the Bishop Fulton J. Sheen Council of the Knights of Columbus serving as their youth chairman.

I hope you will call and see what a professional handyman company is like.

Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Handyman Matters - Chicago SW wants to be your professional handyman for life. In this economy, there are many people looking for work. Since there are no licensing requirements to be a handyman, we are seeing alot of people flooding into the handyman industry without much experience. As a result, there are more and more news accounts of "handymen" performing sub-par work or taking consumer's money and failing to complete the job.

Handyman Matters is here to raise the level of professionalism. It starts with the small things: having an office, having a staff to answer the phone and schedule the jobs, carrying full insurance to protect the homeowner, confirming the job with the homeowner the night before, and giving the homeowner a specific time the job will begin - not a range. It sound simple but it is missing from many companies today.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Plain and simply it is the customer and the satisfaction of a job well-done. We want to be your handyman for life. In order to accomplish this our customer service must be second to none. If we succeed in surpassing your expectations, you will be a satisfied customer and you will probably become a great resource for us - a personal referral to your family and friends. We are a small, local company and the greatest compliment we can receive from a customer is a referral to their family and friends. So give us a call and see what Handyman Matters can do for you.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. I can find a handyman for less than your hourly rate. Why should I hire Handyman Matters - Chicago SW?

Whenever you hire a contractor be sure to check them out. Do they have liability and workers compensation insurance? Are they bonded? Do they have to undergo a skills assessment? Do they have to pass a background check? Have they received high rankings from notable sources such as the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List? Do they give you a written guarantee on their labor? Do they have an office? Do they have a staff to handle your questions immediately? Are the men employees of the company? At Handyman Matters - Chicago SW, our answers are yes to every question. If the handyman you are considering cannnot answer "yes", be careful. If your time matters, if quality matters, Handyman Matters.
