Introduction: High quality training - It is important to us that each participant leaves the training feeling confident that he or she will be able to perform the skills they have learned should the need arise. Customer Service - It is critical to us that we provide an unexpected level of customer service. We want to make sure that we have done everything resonable and humanly possible to satisfy our customers. Honesty - We will always be 100% honest in all our dealing with our customers and staff. If we feel that we are not the best source to fill a customer needs we will say so and try to provide a reference to someone who can better service the customer. All too often when an emergency occurs bystanders do not know how to respond. Often in a medical emergency, whether a result of injury or illness what is done or not done in the first few minutes can be critical. Numberous times we have received calls or emails from clients for whom we have conducted training and had experienced some type of emergency. It was heartening to hear that as a result of the training they were able to respond properly to the situation, without panic or hesitation. What could be better than to give someone the skills to save the life of a loved one, a coworker or even a stranger.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    CPR training, AED training, First Aid training, Bloodborne Pathogen training. Assessment of training needs, developing a complete employee programs to prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies. Help our clients evaluate the practicality of having an AED onsite and develop a response program for cardiac or other medical emergencies and can conduct response drills. We provide training to those that have never been certified or those that need to refresh their skills.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Evaluate the range and extent of experience of the trainers. Do they have 10 years of experience or one year of experience 10 times. Do the trainers have experience training participants of a wide range of ages, backgrounds and education. Is the provider willing to provide references for other clients. Does the provider have other clients in similar businesses as yours. How customer friendly is the provider and do they deliver great service or just pay lip service. Do they have "extra" fees, surcharges or add-on costs that were not obvious up front.
