Introduction: Tailchasers Incorporated has been in business since March of 2004. Our dog walkers are bonded, insured, background checked, and certified in pet first aid. Many pet sitting companies use independent contractors, but Tailchasers’ pet sitters are all employees to protect you from liability and ensure that the highest standards of care of being followed. Our pet sitters all use a QR code check in system with GPS tracking, so you get real time emails with the notes from your pet sitter to verify all visits are completed on time. Tailchasers Incorporated offers the reliability of an online scheduling system, so you can update your pet’s care information or add dog walks whenever it is convenient for you. You can also use Tailchasers for last minute walks when you need to stay at work late. Our pet sitters are available from 7am until 9pm 365 days per year. We are a local family owned business and recommended by veterinarians. We love making new furry friends everyday, and we enjoy helping others develop a bond with their pets.

We have been using tailchasers since 2004, we have 2 cats and jamie comes out everytime to take care of them. she is terrific and i would highly recommend any one needing a pet sitter to call tailchasers. makes our life easier knowing that when we are out of town they are in very good hands.

We are very sorry you are unhappy with us. We have not serviced a Thumbtack customer since 2013. We just reactivated our account last week after having issues receiving the email notifications for four years, so I'm not sure how you could have hired us and had a bad experience unless you are referring to the quote correspondence. If that is the case, I am very sorry you were unhappy with our communication process. We do our best to be honest about the services we provide to ensure complete satisfaction once we are hired. Christy is an excellent dog trainer and is very easy to talk to. I have not used other services from tail chasers but you can tell a lot about the integrity of an employer by that of their employees. I would feel confident hiring them to take care of my dog.

The majority of our clients use us for dog walking and pet sitting while they are away from home. We also offer obedience classes in multiple locations throughout Chicagoland. Our in home obedience training can be customized to fit any dog owner's needs. Our dog training is fun for you and your pets, and our pet sitters and dog walkers are all certified in pet first aid and CPR. We are bonded and insured and recommended by local veterinarians.
