Introduction: We are a sports-specific training service. We focus our training on youth sports (basketball, baseball/softball etc.) for boys and girls, grade school through high school. How does Lucas Sports unique program work: * Communication with child and parent - “What do you want to get out of training?”, * Evaluation and goal setting: Document and track improvement, * Execute to a dynamic personalized training program that changes with the needs of the child, and * The agreement: LS will show you the how, and you are “responsible” for putting in the time/effort to achieve success.
