FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote up front what our fees are and what we feel the proper stages that the project needs to go thru - all projects can be cancelled after the initial stage is completed at no additional charge beyond the deposit to start working.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I suggest that we meet at my office to review your project. First order of business is a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) executed by both parties so that I can properly assess the project requirements. There is no charge for this initial meeting where we will discuss the needed pricing margins from manufacture thru retail. We will also discuss viability and means of marketing your item.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30+ years of experience in the plastics product design area, including wood products, metal fabricating, machining and prototyping. My education was on the job training at Continental Can, Johnson & Johnson before working at Associated Design where we had a number of Manufacturing Companies that we provided Product Design and Prototyping Services.
