We used Follyn Builders to build a new house in the Lincoln Square neighborhood in Chicago and we highly recommend them. They are professional, trustworthy, creative and extremely talented. The attention to detail was superb and we feel completely secure in our investment.
As with any project there were challenges along the way - we were continually impressed by Follyn Builders creative solutions to keep the project on schedule while never sacrificing our vision.
With all the contractor horror stories out there, do yourself a favor and hire Follyn Builders, you will not be disappointed!

A. Please ask questions! We welcome questions, inquiries, ideas, off-the-wall suggestions, wish lists and "gotta haves". The process should be collaborative - we want you to LOVE the finished product so much you recommend us to everyone you know!
A. You can always find a guy that will do a job cheap - when it comes to your home this is not always the best bet. There are numerous codes and best practices that should be followed for your project, to make sure your family is safe and your project will last for years to come. If someones price is too good to be true, they are cutting corners somewhere!
A. Ask for references, ask for photos of past projects, ask for insurance and appropriate licensing. Most of all make sure you have a good relationship with your contractor - you are going to be talking to them a LOT over the course of your project make sure they understand your vision!
A. What is the scope of the project? A kitchen remodel or a whole house from the ground up? What are the "must-haves" for the project and what are the items you would like to have if possible? What are you willing to splurge on and what items are not that important to you?
A. We take enormous pride in what we do and we think it shows in the details. We do not believe in cutting corners on the fundamentals, good bones stand the test of time!
