Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. If you are a small to medium business tired of dealing with companies, or individuals who don't seem to know what they are doing, or don't care about your business, you owe it to yourself to contact us. We have provided our clients ways to expand their technology while reducing their overall I.T. budget.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. One secret I would like to share about our trade is that there are many companies who think because they know how to install software, or assemble PCs that they are qualified to manage a business network. We have a proven track record of becoming a part of our clients staff, and finding ways to help our clients businesses prosper.

A. 1) Give me examples of how you have saved your clients money with I.T.
2) Give me examples of how you will protect my data to insure that my business will not suffer lengthy downtime

4) Are you proactive in your network support, or reactive (you prefer proactive)

A. A client should hire a local service that has been around awhile. One that has numerous references. One that can provide real life solutions to your business. A client should consider the tools a support company utilizes to maximize the proactive support, and ease of use that your company can come to rely upon.
