Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure they are licensed and insured. They have been in business for at least 1 year. They are very professional, educated and uses only the top of the line professional products. Ask to see their credentials. You can ask for them to send you some of their references. Check to see if they have a website and look at their customer reviews. Call them as much as you need to in order to answer any questions or concerns you may have for them. Inquire how they prevent passing on bacteria. When they come to you make sure they greet their self with proof of their business. Have them to tell you what makes their business different from other similar companies.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Their are several reasons why my business stands out from my competitors. First we are not just a spa service company we are also educators. Prime example a client has a fungus on their foot or nail my mobile professionals can identify it and let the client now if they need to go to a Physician or if its something the mobile professional can treat. They do carry a professional fungus treatment product. Plus when we do spot this problem we pull the client to the side and let them know in private that they has a fungus. So my mobile professionals not only do a service on clients they also care about their health.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I enjoy helping people with their spa services but not only that their health too. Seeing a smile on our clients face brings me great joy and a wonderful feeling. This let me know that I am doing my job correctly and the client is very happy. Also when clients have an issue with their service and I am able to come up with a magnificent solution to correct it. Meeting all different kinds of people and traveling all over the world. I put my heart and soul into the business and the clients can tell. The golden opportunities I have been given to do with my company. The staff members and their skills.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. These are the main questions.
1. What is the difference between a full service and a mini service? A full service is an upgrade from a mini service, cost more and the procedure is different. You get more procedures done than the mini.
2. Why are your prices higher than the discounted nail shops? Naturalistics uses nothing but the finest quality of products, you are treated like quality not quantity, we prevent passing on bacteria and fungus to clients, you are paying for convenience and we come to you day or night, no matter how far.
3. Why do you charge for a destination fee? You are paying for convenience and receiving the top of the line service right at your home, office etc. The fee is the same as if you are paying for shipping when you purchase a product online, from a magazine or in a store. I guarantee our service is worth the pay you want regret it.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Every two years I make sure that my mobile professionals keep up with their education. They go to shows and keep up with the new products and techniques that comes out every year. I even would have one of my mobile professionals to hold a class within the company and teach other professionals. We also travel to different states to seek out more education. I work for a company that have continuing education courses and I always take their classes year after year. Some of my mobile professionals including me are licensed teachers and we also teach continuing education courses and give out hours to other professionals.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. For them to make sure they are willing to go thru the good times and bad times. For example when you are in school know that they are going to only teach you the basic. So when you finish continue to take advance classes and find the top of the line professionals and let them mentor you. When the business is slow you have to become creative and deal with it. Don't quite and get another job. You invested your money and time into the profession so stick it out. Yes you will have times were the money is coming in fast and you will have times when the money isn't coming in fast. When the money is coming in fast save some for the slow times and you will get threw it.
