I have been a personal trainer for 20 years and help many shapes and sizes into a beautiful body. I'm also a boxing and mixed martial arts trainer who grew up in boxing for 11 years.
I specialize in strength and conditioning, as well as lean muscle and muscle gain. I can provide you with my special skills to make you happy and living a longer, healthy lifestyle. I am a nutritionist as well as a massage therapist.
My customers love my energy and confidence. They also love my personality, and most of all, the results. I would not be a personal trainer if I was not giving my clients what they want: results. That's why I do what I love, and it's my passion to see my clients happy and young again.
