Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Of course music lessons come first. We repair a lot of band instruments but I would have to say guitar repairs and set-ups are way up there!
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Feel free to stop in or give us a call any time. Our new state of the art teaching facilities are second to none!
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Brandolino's Encore Music Center in Shorewood, IL stands above our competition for several reasons. We have a second to none teaching staff. We are very professional, yet laid back and easy going, which provides for a very comfortable experience.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love that fact that we are a full line music retail facility as well as a music lesson facility. What I mean by that is we not only sell every major named brand musical intrument and accessories, we service them as well.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Q: How much are music lessons? A: They are only $20.00 once a wekk for a 1/2 hour!
Q: Do you buy musical instruments? A: No. But we do offer a wonderful consignment program that will allow us to sell your instrument for you.
Q: Do you rent musical instruments? A: Yes! We rant band instruments for people of all ages. We specialize in School Band Instrument rentals for children in school (Our prices are unbeatable)
