Nelsons catered a wedding reception and did a wonderful job. The staff were professional and friendly; the food was delicious, especially the brisket. We really were pleased that they did the catering

We used Nelson's for our wedding reception this past September. I cannot express how amazing of a job they did. From the beginning, they were easy to work with, and were eager to help make my reception what I had always wanted it to be. All of my guests were impressed with the layout, and the helpfulness of the staff Nelson's sent. After the reception, I kept getting compliments on how delicious the food was! They also did seat covers, which transformed my reception hall! The experience I had with them was outstanding, and have already given their information to other people I know that are looking for caterers!!

We were very happy with Nelson's Catering. We used them for our son's wedding and they were very easy to work with and very accommodating and available to answer every question we had...even when we asked the same question multiple times!! Since the wedding, we have heard numerous compliments on the food...everyone, including us, thought it was wonderful! The staff was very polite and helpful throughout our event and even helped us with things that weren't their responsibility but we greatly appreciated everything they did to make it easier on us. We will definitely recommend Nelson's to anyone who is planning an event and needs catering services!

My cousin's wedding last year was in Bloomington, IL and they still had Nelson's cater it! Awesome service, food and set up! I work at a hotel here in Springfield and Nelson's is used from time to time-- very friendly service!! Love looking at their pictures of events they have done. Love all many options they have. Love the price. Hopefully I will be needing them in the near future ;) !!!

We got married on 9.2.12 during the onslaught of hurricane Issac. I'm so glad we went with Nelsons to cater our wedding on the family farm. Working with Shelia was a breeze and she totally kept me calm by being easy to work with. We had the pulled pork, red skin potatoes, California medley veggies and everything was delicious! Everyone raved about the pulled pork and there were no leftovers. :( Thank you so very much for making one more thing run smoothly during the wedding.
