Very prompt, responded immediately, very kind and considerate of both the origination and destination walls etc. it was a difficult move of two treadmills and I don’t think they were entirely prepared for the weight. If I offered one bit of constructive feedback it would be the amount of time required to get fully moved. Again. 2 stories, last minute, no wall scratches, slight piece impacted with the move, I am very pleased with the experience and would recommend them for anyone worried about the quality over quantity of items being moved. Thank you
