Amara Yoga & Arts is a multi-disciplinary yoga studio offering daily yoga classes for all levels on a drop-in basis. We have programs for kids, art exhibits and workshops in a beautiful, friendly and nurturing environment.

We believe that yoga is for everyone. Yoga styles include Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin. You can chill out with gentle candlelight yoga, or you can work up a sweat with a high-energy class such as power flow or Ashtanga. Our highly trained instructors love teaching first-time yogis, advanced practitioners and everyone in between. Our yoga classes blend meditation with breathing and yoga poses to create a total mind-body experience. Find your yoga home at Amara and lose the stress. Take care of your body, mind and spirit.
