A. Full body massages and seated massage. Most full body massages are for relaxation purposes, sports related issues, and repetative stress injuries.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Massage isn't just a treat or something to do on vacation. Massage can aid in stress relief, injury recovery, increased mobility and flexibility, and gives the client and overall sense of wellbeing. In today's stressfull world, massage therapy is needed more than ever.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes. The State of Illinois requires all massage therapists to take 24 hours of Continuing Education every two years
