Danielle Wishart is the BEST personal trainer I have ever had! I say this after having experienced years of personal training. Why? Because Danielle knew precisely how far to push me, and did so always with genuine care for my well-being and with expressed confidence in my abilities, even when I doubted myself. At the conclusion of every workout I would marvel at how MUCH I had achieved, and I would tell her: "I cannot believe what you made me do." And Danielle would always correct me; "No, YOU made yourself do it!" Danielle taught me many things, among them how much the mind controls what we are physically capable of achieving. Danielle is *not* a typical trainer; anyone who trains with her is very lucky. I think this is due to the fact that Danielle herself is constantly training for competitive events, being a gymnast. As such, she knows firsthand what good nutrition and good physical conditioning requires. Under Danielle's guidance my body transformed in weight-loss (nearly 40 lbs down) and inch-loss (nearly 30 inches). Plus, Danielle made me WANT to work out-- with her as well as on my own. Thank you, Danielle!

I have been working out with Danielle for 5 months now & I can't say enough about the exceptional quality of Danielle's services. Our workouts are intense & leave me exhausted; however, I look forward to the next session! Danielle is very knowledgeable and her suggestions about my diet are helping me to shed all those unwanted pounds.

I worked with Danielle for a few months and saw real results. She is tough, but does not berate or bark at you. She's very knowledgable and has best interests at heart. I was so sad to see her go. You want her as your trainer!

Danielle was an amazing personal trainer. Warm but professional, she's extremely knowledgeable about every kind of sports injury and will work with you to gain strength safely. She is patient yet firm, and motivated me to work through exercises even when I wanted to give up. I highly recommend her for anyone who wants a true partner in weight loss, fitness, or healthy life style goals.

Danielle was an amazing trainer when I was with her until she moved!! She's not only motivating but very sociable as well. Even thought you leave the gym so sore, you want to come back right away because she makes your training sessions so fun and enjoyable! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She' will get your body to any type you want, toned, little muscular, etc. you will not go wrong with training with Danielle!!

    Yes, as a trainer we're always trying to learn more and improve our craft.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I got involved in personal training after all my years doing gymnastics. Technically I've been "working out" since I was 5, but I didn't get involved in weight lifting until college. Being trained in weight lifting by some of the best lifting coaches in the country sparked my interest in how lifting can impact your sport. From there I began studying and became certified. Since then I've worked at commercial gyms as a personal training working with people of all walks of life.

    It's important to change your outlook on health. It's a full lifestyle change, and anyone can do it!
