Technician was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He performed the work that was requested, and explained features about my A/C that I wasn't aware of. He arrived early and was very professional. North star air solution provides a good service and I will recommend them to other homeowners.

the technician, called to confirm his arrival, showed up when scheduled, very courteous, and wore shoe covers to protect floors, etc. He identified the problem right away, and instead of a free estimate, he was able to fix the issue right away at a reasonable cost.
