Narens photography is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST.. We were extremely satisfied with the work that Narens (Stephen) performed... He is so personable and friendly. He made our special day even brighter... We hardly even new he was there!!! He by far has outdone himself.. Words can not even begin to explain how amazing his work is...... I would never go to another photographer ever again..... He now does our family portraits every year!!

Stephen Narens photographed our wedding, and I will forever treasure the photos. He also took our engagement photos and from time to time takes personal portraits of our family. Aside from Stephen being a professional photographer, he's a friendly person and makes you feel comfortable when being photographed. He knows what you want in a photograph without having to ask for it. Stephen is a great person to work with, and we would and will highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a photographer.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Know who your hiring, I spend most of the day with the happy couple, and you have to have some connection. Call, email, visit, what ever it takes, its that important.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I have a strong passion and a very high energy level. Most importantly I LOVE WHAT I DO. With over 30 years of photographing weddings and events I have learned to work with any emergency or unplanned occurance. Nothing replaces experience, do not trus this important event to just anyone who owns a camera.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Working with the people and recording their special day. What I do will be viewed by your loved ones for years to come. As I am at the family house photographing the "getting ready" type photos, I notice all the old photos of the family. Knowing my work will be right up their with the other photos for future generations to come is a huge high for any photographer.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Whats my price? The aswer has so many factors to it.
What type of albums do I offer? Digital Press style to tradional albums.
Can I keep my images? Normally yes.
Price varies with the end product.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I was drawn to photography early in life. Seeing my Grandpa Wally's photos of he and My Grandma Sylvia adventures traveling instantly caught my attention. Then there was this one photo of my Mom when she was a teenage. It was so old school Hollywood. I wanted to create images just like that. Ones that would make you say WOW! INCREDIABLE! Once I had a camera in my hands it gave me this self confidence I cant totally explain. I was able to look people in the eye, talk confidently. People looked to me as the "expert" Photographing weddings just built on this confidence. I would freelance for mass production studios on the weekends. Then get calls on Monday from studio owners and managers telling me about the Mother of the bride calling and just raving about me. The compliements just kept coming in. It is addicting I have to admit. From the age of 14, I was hooked. It is my passion and what I love to do.
