It is my please to share my experience working with Rebecca! She is very professional and honest, which is important to me. She provided me with advice and suggestions regarding the start up of my event planning business which I have taken to heart and utilized every nugget!
What impressed me the most was Rebecca's knowledge and experience regarding start up needs and tasks, and her willingness to share her learnings in an effort to help me start off on the right foot!
Again, I value her honesty in regards to what would and wouldn't be a good idea to do, i.e., "there are many event planners out there, what makes you different...what is your niche?"
Im sure she will continue to do well as she brings professionalism, integrity, honesty, compassion and knowledge to all that she interacts with!

I have known Coach Williams for years, but our paths never really crossed until about a year ago. I started working with her coaching girls' basketball for a team that she has coached for over 17 years. I walked into her gym where I observed her to have a firm, but loving relationship with this group of 5th through 8th grade girls. They did not fear her, but they knew what was expected of them and knew hard work was the only option and above all they were being encouraged and having fun. The respect was there between everyone. I've watched her teach life lessons, teamwork and show them how to support one another at every step.
Considering she had coached this team for so many years, I thought I would need to learn her system and way of doing things with these young ladies. I was sure there would be a clash of egos at some point and it was exactly the opposite!!! She welcomed me with open arms and encouraged me to engage and build with these young women in my own way.
My need to volunteer and show commitment has grown immensely this past year and her energy and dedication toward these kids is the reason for my growth and applied dedication. She commits so much time, energy and her hard earned money to these ladies with NO HESITATION and that love forces you to do better. She simply led by example and it FORCED me to follow in tow. I'm willing to follow and continue with my commitments in basketball and in other areas of life because I see how these awesome kids respond to the dedication and I'm encouraged to give my time and dedication to other parts of my life. I thank Coach for her "Do" and not just her "Say." Great job and thank you!

The art of teaching and Coaching is the art of assisting discovery. There's more I can say about Rebecca Williams but that to me describes her the best.

Rebecca Williams is a stickler for perfection, excellence, etc. and it is displayed in the deliver of her work. She treats every assignment and client as though she is an internal resource for that organization. She will spend several hours to ensure that job is done with quality and not compromise to shortcuts while completing the job. Therefore

Rebecca Williams was my daughters coach she was also a role model as well. When needed she is always there. She counsels family as well. She is fair to all of her players on her team I couldn't ask for a better friend.
