Introduction: We are a full-service, licensed, BBB A+ rated plumbing shop. We do everything that a plumber does, from fixing a faucet to residential/commercial construction, and we guarantee all of our work. We have been around originally since 1908. We are a small family shop with 11 employees. As the owner, I have been doing this for 33 years. Most of our customers like our personal touch -- that we know about their home/building. If we have not been there, we get to know you. We try to send the same service tech to clients. We have been around a long time, and on the North Shore, there is a good chance that we have been at your place. We are a trusted member of the community. We work for many 3rd and 4th generation households and businesses, and can remember most of them. We keep our rates competitive, and some of the most reasonable around. We can estimate jobs or work at an hourly rate. We give free estimates, and have 24-hour emergency service. We go where the work is. We work all over the Chicagoland area, from the Wisc. border down to Chicago's far south side and west to Rt. 53/355, and can dispatch our trucks from many locations. So, travel time is usually not an issue. Our services include sump and ejector pumps, water heaters, drain rodding, water and gas piping, appliances, and fixture replacement. We also do water service, sewer rodding, jetting, video camera repairs, and underground improvements. We do all types of hot water and steam boiler repair and installation. We are licensed throughout Illinois, and have Chicago sewer and contractor licenses. We are not the least expensive and by far, not the most expensive.
