There are different coaching styles, yet no style work for everyone. Therefore, I specialize in coaching each client individually by designing a style for each client based on where they currently are with their life, the goals they set, and the end where I uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. I have an extreme passion and desire for my work and find it EXTREMELY rewarding. It is my please to share my experience working with Rebecca! She is very professional and honest, which is important to me. She provided me with advice and suggestions regarding the start up of my event planning business which I have taken to heart and utilized every nugget! What impressed me the most was Rebecca's knowledge and experience regarding start up needs and tasks, and her willingness to share her learnings in an effort to help me start off on the right foot! Again, I value her honesty in regards to what would and wouldn't be a good idea to do, i.e., "there are many event planners out there, what makes you different...what is your niche?" Im sure she will continue to do well as she brings professionalism, integrity, honesty, compassion and knowledge to all that she interacts with!

I have known Coach Williams for years, but our paths never really crossed until about a year ago. I started working with her coaching girls' basketball for a team that she has coached for over 17 years. I walked into her gym where I observed her to have a firm, but loving relationship with this group of 5th through 8th grade girls. They did not fear her, but they knew what was expected of them and knew hard work was the only option and above all they were being encouraged and having fun. The respect was there between everyone. I've watched her teach life lessons, teamwork and show them how to support one another at every step. Considering she had coached this team for so many years, I thought I would need to learn her system and way of doing things with these young ladies. I was sure there would be a clash of egos at some point and it was exactly the opposite!!! She welcomed me with open arms and encouraged me to engage and build with these young women in my own way. My need to volunteer and show commitment has grown immensely this past year and her energy and dedication toward these kids is the reason for my growth and applied dedication. She commits so much time, energy and her hard earned money to these ladies with NO HESITATION and that love forces you to do better. She simply led by example and it FORCED me to follow in tow. I'm willing to follow and continue with my commitments in basketball and in other areas of life because I see how these awesome kids respond to the dedication and I'm encouraged to give my time and dedication to other parts of my life. I thank Coach for her "Do" and not just her "Say." Great job and thank you!

Coach R L Williams has been a mentor, advisor, mother figure and support system in my life for fifteen plus years. Effortlessly her compassion for life and the well being of others is instilled in the people she encounters. Coach R L Williams has been a significant help to me on numerous occasions. Not only has she been my words of wisdom through life altering situations such as my parents divorce, college decisions, and what organizations to become affiliated with, she has inevitably help me build myself as a person allowing my decisions to build my character while still providing guidance. It doesn't matter when, what, or how you might need Coach R L Williams, she will make sure you perform to the best of your potential while maintaing your self worth and individual unique style. What impresses me most about Coach R L Williams is her consistency. No matter the task she remains herself allowing the the information and help delivered to be genuine.

I am a parent of an 8th grader who plays basketball. Coach Williams has been her coach for the past couple of years. It truly seems as if coach has been in my daughters life for so many more years. The two have a special bond and my daughter sees Coach Lashun as a mentor whom she admires. We as a family have been thoroughly pleased with the professionalism, character and the compassion with which she runs her program. Coach Lashun teaches not only the game of basketball, yet life skills and etiquette as well. She often times seizes the opportunity to expose her young women to the greater world around them, thus helping to prepare them to be successful and compassionate women who give back to their communities. Lashun teaches her players not to fear and to believe in themselves. This is likely her greatest gift to these young ladies. Job well done coach Lashun Williams!

I have been knowing Coach RL Williams few many years now. She is a hard, dedicated, caring, and self motivated individual. Outside of her everyday life, she has dedicated herself 100% to help out the community in every aspect as well as the youth. She has been coaching for over 10 years and accomplished many championships. She is more than the average coach that just shows up to practice on-time, but she goes over and beyond by picking up her team when they need a ride, taking them to grab food after a long day at school, and helping them with their homework in spare time. She has a listening ear to the youth and parents and she will always lend a helping hand when in need. I have seen her be a mentor and a sponsor on many occasions to make sure no child is left out. That just shows you the big heart she has. The best thing I love about her is that she is knowledgeable at what she does and if she doesnt have the answer she will make sure to lead you in the right direction. It is a blessing to have her in our community.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, it is part of the criteria to maintain my credentials as a professional coach. My institution that I received my certification, I serve as an Ambassador for current & potential students, which I receive all new and updated information for my field that most coaches do not have access to. Also, my institution give a lifetime access to their online system to take classes, obtain resources and network with other coaches around the world.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Several family members that are also in the coaching field guided me into the field as a young teen.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have a coaching style that draw my clients in and pull out the most from each and every client I coach. Including my clients that has experienced some extremely tragedy, such as witnessing a violent death of a parent as a child. The child had shut down and refused to respond to Therapist and Counselors. Yet, she opened up to me and allowed me to coach them to become the holistic adult they are today.
