Greg Davies is extremely conscientious and does a fabulous job!
He always responses to my calls and on-line requests very quickly and accommodates the time that I am requesting each and every time. Greg delivers the finished floor plan in a very timely manner. If any small detail (a name of a room) needs to ever be corrected, it is done immediately. The floor plan is definitely a part of my marketing plan. Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. If you're making your listing presentation to a home-owner looking to sell, you'll need to assure them you'll do everything in your power to sell their home quickly and for top-dollar. With a floor plan from Best Floorplans, not only will you round out a thorough marketing package with a beautiful floor plan, but you'll be able to price your home with more confidence using the most accurate square footage calculations in the business.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Price per square foot. The MLS (MRED in our region) requires that square footage be entered, HOWEVER, agents are still given the option to enter 0. 24% of all agents in MRED still enter 0, and we constantly have to answer questions about conflicting square feet because previous listing agents didn't use a floor plan service to determine square footage. Price per square foot is the best common denominator for pricing a home, but the comparable data available is spotty at best. We can educate you on square footage and how to use it to your advantage in correctly pricing a home.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Ask about the standards they employ. Ask about how much training the service has had in implementing these standards. Ask about the training their employees undergo to be able to work for the service company. The more quickly they answer with confidence and with the RIGHT answers, the more likely it is they're the service company for you.
