Best Floorplans has a reputation for providing professional and friendly service not only on-site at property measures, but off-site while working hard, to ensure we meet our agents' scheduling, turnaround, and floor plan detail requests. Best Floorplans also complies with the most up-to-date BOMA standards for calculating square footage. MRED (the Illinois MLS) now requires square footage to be entered. Agents who use Best Floorplans enter the square footage of their listings with confidence. Even though our floor plans are the most accurate in the business, we are not an architecture firm and can't approve and stamp drawings for building or remodeling.

Greg Davies is extremely conscientious and does a fabulous job! He always responses to my calls and on-line requests very quickly and accommodates the time that I am requesting each and every time. Greg delivers the finished floor plan in a very timely manner. If any small detail (a name of a room) needs to ever be corrected, it is done immediately.
