North Shore Music Institute

We offer private and group music instruction for all styles. Since 2002, North Shore Music Institute has had one goal: to provide kids and adults with the skills and inspiration to appreciate music for a lifetime. Whether you want to have some fun after school, or make a career out of music, we'd love to help. We provide private and group instruction in guitar, electric and upright bass, drums, percussion, piano (classical, jazz, and pop), violin, and viola. We have some of the most qualified instructors in the Chicago area, capable of teaching all styles. This includes a band program as well as a bucket group, and other ensembles. Our teachers' accomplishments and experience include: a grammy, tons of performance experience, tons of teaching experience, music degrees, and positive, encouraging attitudes. We also have twice yearly performance opportunities that are always an amazing time! Flexible commitment requirements separate us from most music schools.
