- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On many types of cases I offer a flat fee so you know going in how much your matter will cost. I also try to be flexible with payment arrangements with my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In this technological age, many types of cases can be handles primarily via email. I am very informal and text and email my clients. I know that a new client will have many questions and I try to be accessible to answer everything that comes up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After graduation from law school, I worked as a prosecuting attorney. After several years I left to go into private practice at a firm, and eight years ago I went into solo practice.
