PC-COM Computer Sales and Service was established in 1986 and has been in our current location in Avon since 2004. We are family owned and operated. We sell new and used computers and parts. We stock motherboards, CPUs, memory, hard drives, power supplies, video cards, cables, laptop AC adapters, CPU and case fans and many more.
We offer free diagnostics (some restrictions apply). Our service and repair includes virus removal, data recovery, upgrades, wireless network and many more. We cater to home use and business. Besides servicing desktop computers, we also fix laptops like the LCD and DC jack replacement.
Our business services include remote access, Microsoft Windows server, Microsoft Exchange server, Linux server, and network maintenance, which includes daily back-up, anti-virus protection and firewall.

A. Make sure they have experience. Ask around if they have used their service before. The reason why we offer free diagnostics is that we want people to try our service first and get to know us.

A. It's always changing. Learning new thing never ends. This is what makes this trade exciting. There is always new technology to learn. There is always a better solution.

A. What can I expect as far as price and time frame for the job to get done? What other options do I have? How can I prevent this problem from happening again? How can I better educate myself in the future?
