- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do continuing education to keep my Hypnosis and HypnoBirthing certifications up to date every year.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Hypnosis changed my life. I had suffered with chronic social anxiety for a very long time, and after a few hypnosis sessions, I was free from it! It made such a profound difference on my life, that I left the work I was doing at the time and began my training as a Certified Hypnotist.
