Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Hire a tree service provider with a positive reputation. There are several tree service providers who don't do what they say they will, then take your money and run. Check the Better Business Bureau.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. When considering the cost on your tree services, consider the size of the tree, obstacles in the surrounding area of your tree and ease of access to the work location. These factors come in to play when pricing the work due to the additional time it takes to work around them. On the contrary, lack of these factors tend lower the cost of work.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Are you insured?
What will be your method to avoid the obstacles (house, fences, deck, swimming pool, landscaping, electrical lines, etc.) in my yard?
