Steven was amazing! He was able to diagnose the issue with our wine fridge. He ordered the parts and came back to install them. Upon the fix, he identified one of the fans may not be functioning. He asked to wait 24 hours to ensure the fan was indeed not working. Indeed the fan was faulty and we needed a new one. Steven ordered the parts and came to install them. Now the wine fridge is working perfectly.
For the two times Steven was here working on our appliance, he always ensured the area and appliance was left clean.
Steven does use a translator on his phone to communicate appropriately. I did not find this an issue at all.

Steven has been absolutely wonderful and I would recommend him to anybody.
After sharing a summary of what was going on with our fridge, he came prepared with a lot of what he needed to fix the issues. Turns out though it was a little more complicated as the fridge we bought with the house was probably neglected for awhile.
After the initial fix, he followed up to see how everything was working. Unfortunately, there was still an issue not addressed but that was OK! His work was guaranteed and he came out a couple days later, fixed the issue with no extra charge! Upon fixing the issue (a bad circuit board), one other issue presented itself.
He had to order one more part, came back a third time, and repaired it with no extra work charge.
